1. Inclusive Wedding Planning (full planning service)

You appreciate the reality of planning your dream wedding, whilst combining a hectic work schedule and social life, means you need the expertise and support of a professional and capable Wedding Planner.  My Inclusive Wedding Planning services provides the perfect solution for you both!

My services for an Inclusive Wedding Planning package are detailed below and can be crafted to suit your unique requirements: -

• Over a glass of bubbly, numerous meetings with you to plan your beautiful day

• Unlimited planning hours to design your unique wedding

• Securing the venue of your dreams, including price negotiations etc.

• Sourcing and negotiating contracts with all suppliers 

• Arrange and attend all supplier meetings and act as the main point of contact

• Arrange appointments and fittings for wedding attire (Bride, Groom, Best Man, Groomsmen & Bridesmaids etc.)

• Proficiently handle all wedding administration & logistics

• Invitation & RSVP co-ordination as well as Guest Management

• Compile comprehensive wedding budget plan, with continuous monitoring and timely payment reminders

• Compilation of detailed wedding day timeline

• Oversee and assist with set up the day prior (if access permits)

• Organisation of & attendance at both the Rehearsal Dinner and Post Wedding Day Brunch

• Attend Wedding Ceremony rehearsal

• Expertly oversee your Wedding Day

• Assist with the clear down post wedding day, including overseeing collections and returns of items

2. Tailored Wedding Planning (partial planning service)

Couples often wish to plan their big day themselves, but as the months start to quickly go by, there is an ever-growing list of tasks and seemingly endless stream of emails, which can become very overwhelming.

I’m acutely aware how most couples enjoy planning their wedding and my role as your wedding planner is to ensure you still feel in complete control and fully supported, thus allowing me to manage certain aspects of your planning, whilst allowing you the time and mind space to start getting excited about your big day!

My services for a Tailored Wedding Planning package are detailed below and can be crafted to suit your unique requirements: -

• Over a glass of bubbly, numerous meetings with you both to discuss your ideas and plan your beautiful day

• Unlimited planning hours to design your unique wedding

• Source all remaining wedding suppliers, becoming the main point of contact

• Liaising with all suppliers on your behalf and attend supplier meetings as necessary

• Design a comprehensive wedding budget plan, providing continuous monitoring and timely payment reminders

• Proficiently handle all wedding administration

• Design a detailed Wedding Day timeline

• Attend your Wedding Ceremony rehearsal

• Expertly oversee your Wedding Day

• Assist with the set up, the day prior, if access permits

• Unlimited phone & email contact leading up to your wedding

3. Wedding Day Management

Wedding Day Management offers the perfect solution to couples who have meticulously planned their wedding.

As your Wedding Day Co-ordinator, I will be on hand to oversee that every detail you have planned flows effortlessly, providing guidance and a calming presence, allowing you to relax and enjoy your big day!

My services for a Wedding Day Management package are detailed below and can be crafted to suit your unique requirements: -

• Over a glass of bubbly, numerous meetings with you both, to discuss your plans, suppliers, timings etc.

• Compilation of a detailed Wedding Day Schedule, which will also be shared with your wedding venue and suppliers etc.

• Liaison with your wedding suppliers to introduce myself and confirm final arrangements with them

• Unlimited phone & email contact leading up to your wedding

• Attendance and management of your Wedding Day, ensuring it is a day to remember!

• Including anything else in between!

Fees start from: £950.00 plus mileage & accommodation (if necessary) 

4. Master of Ceremonies

Weddings are such exciting and beautiful occasions, emotions are running high, with lots of well wishes, sentimental tears and later, food, fun, and dancing.  With such a diverse mix of friends, families, colleagues and neighbours, things can become quite interesting.  So, to keep the ceremony moving along, making sure everything goes to plan, it is often a very good idea to have a designated voice - your Master of Ceremonies or MC if you want to be cool! 

As the Master of Ceremonies, my role is to guide the guests and inform the wedding party of what is happening and what they can expect to occur throughout your day.

My services for a Master of Ceremonies package are detailed below and can be crafted to suit your unique requirements: -

• Over a glass of bubbly, a meeting with you both, to discuss your Wedding Day's agenda etc.

• Unlimited phone & email contact leading up to your wedding

      On the day...

• Directing & supporting your guests during your Wedding Photographs

• Announcing the serving of the Wedding Breakfast/Dinner

• Welcoming the Bride and Groom & Wedding Party into the formal dining area

• Introducing all speeches, i.e. Father of the Bride, Groom, Best Man etc.

• Announcing the cutting of the cake

• Introducing your first dance

• Including anything else in between!

This format can be tailored to suit your unique day's events and from experience, being able to inject a little 'artistic licence' is always a crowd pleaser!
